Wearing a bonnet was a part of my lifestyle and routine because black hair can be hard to manage and easily damaged. Wearing a bonnet helped maintain my hairstyles, reduced nappiness, and prevented hair breakage. When I say "IT'S A LIFESTYLE," I'm talking about my culture, how I grew up, and how I live my life today.
